From Coventry City Centre: Head west along Spon Street, continuing into Spon End. The Arches Estate is on your left, approximately 8 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the ring road.

By car: Postcode CV1 3JQ will take you directly to the Arches Estate entrance. Street parking is available on Spon End.

By bus: Coventry city bus routes via Spon End stop within 3 minutes walk of the clinic. Check TfWM for current schedules.

On arrival: Please call us on 07591 092255 if you have any difficulty locating us — we will guide you in.
Booking & Appointments
Appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance online or by phone.
Same-day slots available. Call us directly on the day to check availability for an urgent or same-day appointment.
Cancellation policy. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.
New clients. Every new client receives a full clinical consultation before any treatment begins. Please allow extra time for your first appointment.

J Artistry is an appointment-only clinic — we do not accept walk-ins. This is because every client receives a full clinical consultation before treatment begins, and we prepare specifically for each appointment. Booking is quick and easy online via our Acuity booking system, or you can call us on +44 7591 092255 and we will book you in directly. Same-day appointments are available if slots permit — just call us.
This is the most common question we get — and exactly why we encourage you to reach out before booking. Call us, WhatsApp us, or email and Joanna will personally discuss your goals and recommend the right treatment or assessment for your specific situation. There is no obligation to book after this conversation. We would far rather you ask first than book the wrong thing.
For new clients, please allow an additional 15–20 minutes on top of your treatment time for your initial consultation. During this time Joanna will review your health history, discuss your goals, set realistic expectations, and confirm the most appropriate treatment plan for your body. This consultation is included as part of your first appointment — there is no separate charge.
Yes — the clinic is located at the Arches Estate, Spon End, Coventry, CV1 3JQ. Entering the postcode CV1 3JQ into Google Maps or any navigation app will take you directly to the estate entrance. Street parking is available on Spon End and the surrounding roads. If you have any difficulty finding us on the day, please call +44 7591 092255 and we will guide you in.
