Acne and breakouts
Active spots, congestion and the oil that keeps feeding them.
Most people arrive having already tried things. Products that worked for someone else, a peel somewhere that left marks, a routine built from social media. We start by looking at your skin, then choose the treatment. Not the other way around.

You do not need the clinical name for it. Point at the thing in the mirror that annoys you and we will take it from there.
Active spots, congestion and the oil that keeps feeding them.
The dark marks left behind long after the spot has gone.
Patches that make your skin look blotchy rather than even.
Skin that feels rough or looks grainy in certain light.
Shallow indents and irregularities in the skin surface.
Skin that has lost its bounce and looks tired whatever you put on it.
The first lines that appear before you feel ready for them.
No single complaint, you just want your skin looking its best.
Prices are per treatment. You do not have to pick one. Book a consultation and we will tell you which, or whether a programme makes more sense.
Our professional deep-cleansing facial, and the honest starting point for most people. Not a relaxation facial. Your skin is assessed first, then we choose the products and techniques, which may include enzymatic exfoliation, ultrasonic cleansing, extractions where needed, hydration and barrier support.
Best first treatment if you are new to professional skincare.
Book Corrective Skin ResetControlled micro-injuries prompt your skin's own repair response, which supports collagen remodelling over time. It works progressively rather than instantly. It is not right for every concern, and active inflammatory acne usually needs settling first.
Assessed before treatment. We will say no if it is not appropriate.
Book MicroneedlingThe same treatment, combined with a professional solution chosen for your specific concern rather than handed to every client. More ingredients do not automatically mean a better result. The right treatment is the one that suits your skin and your goal.
Solution confirmed after assessment, not before.
Book Advanced MicroneedlingA professionally selected peel working in the upper layers of the skin. Depending on your assessment it may use mandelic, lactic, salicylic or glycolic acid, or a combination. You do not need to know which acid you need. That is our job.
Selected by skin type, tone and Fitzpatrick phototype.
Book Superficial Chemical PeelPenetrates further and resurfaces more, which also means greater visible peeling, more sensitivity, longer recovery and a higher risk of pigmentary change. We do not recommend this simply because someone asks for a stronger peel.
Consultation required before booking.
Book Medium-Depth Chemical Peel
Every treatment on this page can go wrong in the wrong hands, on the wrong skin, at the wrong strength. That is why nothing is booked before your skin is assessed, and why we will tell you when the answer is not yet, or not this.
The needling itself creates the controlled skin response that makes the treatment worth having. Adding a solution is a decision, not an upgrade everyone needs.
Standard is usually right when the goal is acne-scar appearance, texture, pores or general collagen remodelling. Advanced is right when we want to push a specific concern with a targeted formulation.
Dehydration points to hyaluronic acid. Pigmentation and PIH point to brightening. Fine lines point to peptides. Advanced rejuvenation points to salmon DNA. More ingredients do not automatically mean a better treatment.

Clients with darker skin tones can absolutely have chemical peels. What matters is which peel, at what strength, and how carefully the skin is watched afterwards.
Melanin-rich skin, particularly Fitzpatrick IV to VI, can be more prone to post-inflammatory pigment changes after excessive irritation. That means an aggressive peel can leave you worse off than when you started.
For suitable darker skin we favour carefully selected superficial protocols and build up progressively. Medium-depth peels are not our routine first-line approach for Fitzpatrick IV to VI.
Our aim is controlled correction, not peeling for the sake of visible peeling.
Some concerns will not shift by booking a different facial every few months. A programme gives your skin a structured pathway over 4, 8 or 12 weeks, built around your concern rather than sold identically to everyone.
New to professional skincare, or addressing one mild concern.
One defined concern you want treated properly rather than occasionally.
The same structure, with Advanced Microneedling built in where appropriate.
Persistent or multiple concerns, and you are ready to commit to three months.
Every programme includes assessment, progress reviews and skincare guidance. Treatments are selected as we go, based on how your skin actually responds, not fixed in advance. Call +44 7591 092255 if you want help choosing. Klarna and Clearpay are available for payments made in clinic.
You do not need to diagnose your own skin. You do not need to know which acid you need, or whether microneedling or Advanced Microneedling is right, and you certainly do not need to pick a serum because you saw it on social media.
That is what a consultation is for. We assess your skin, talk through what is bothering you, and recommend a treatment or a programme. If nothing we offer is right for you, we will say so.
Start With Your Skin ConsultationWe are in Spon End, a few minutes from Coventry city centre, with parking nearby. A corrective programme means coming back every few weeks, so being able to get here easily genuinely matters.
Clients travel to us from across Warwickshire and the West Midlands, particularly for peels on melanin-rich skin, where finding a practitioner who will treat carefully rather than aggressively is harder than it should be.
If yours is not here, call the clinic on +44 7591 092255.
Yes, and most people are in exactly that position. You do not need to diagnose your own skin, know which acid you need, or decide between microneedling and Advanced Microneedling. Book a skin consultation, tell us what bothers you, and we will build the pathway.
Yes. Clients with darker skin tones can absolutely be candidates for chemical peeling, but selection matters. Melanin-rich skin, particularly Fitzpatrick IV to VI, can be more susceptible to post-inflammatory pigment changes after excessive irritation. For suitable darker skin we favour carefully selected superficial protocols and assess progressively. Stronger does not mean better.
Sometimes, sometimes not, and visible peeling is not the measure of a good result. Our aim is controlled correction, not aggressive peeling for the sake of it. A superficial peel may cause light flaking or none at all, and it can still be working.
Usually not straight away. Active inflammatory acne generally needs settling first, because needling through active lesions risks spreading bacteria and worsening inflammation. We would normally start with peels or a Corrective Skin Reset and reassess.
Microneedling itself creates the controlled skin response that makes the treatment valuable. Standard is usually recommended when the goal is acne-scar appearance, texture, pores or general collagen remodelling. Advanced adds a targeted solution when we want to push a specific concern such as pigmentation or dehydration.
It depends on the concern and how your skin responds. Some concerns are unlikely to shift by booking a different facial every few months, which is why we offer 4, 8 and 12 week programmes. After your assessment we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
It varies by treatment. A Corrective Skin Reset has essentially none. Microneedling and peels can leave the skin red, warm or flaky for a few days. Medium-depth peels involve greater peeling, more sensitivity and a longer recovery, which is why they are never booked without consultation.
Sometimes. Strong actives such as retinoids and acids may need pausing before certain treatments. Bring your current routine to your consultation, including anything you bought online, and we will tell you what to pause and for how long.
We will not promise that. Microneedling can progressively improve the appearance of superficial acne scarring over a course of treatments. Deeper ice-pick or boxcar scarring often needs a different approach, and if that is what you have, we will tell you rather than sell you a programme that will disappoint.
Not directly. Laser hair removal reduces hair, and reducing shaving and ingrown hairs can reduce ongoing irritation. Existing pigmentation usually needs skin treatment in its own right, which is what this page is about.
Several are not, and some are adapted. Tell us at consultation if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and we will work within what is appropriate, or advise waiting.
Then we say so. We would rather lose a booking than deliver a treatment that will not help, or that risks a pigmentary change on skin that is prone to it. That is the whole point of assessing first.
Treatments from £89, programmes from £179. Bring your current routine, bring your questions, and bring whatever you have already tried. None of it will be judged.
